About The Role
Land Sterling is currently seeking experienced and qualified Planning Engineer to join our professional team in Dubai, UAE. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a reputed consultancy firm engaged in high-profile projects across the region
Key Responsibilities
- Review project drawings, BOQs, and contract documents; coordinate with project teams.
- Develop and maintain schedules, baseline programmes, and cost-loaded/cash flow plans.
- Identify milestones, construction sequences, critical paths, and plan resources.
- Monitor progress, prepare reports, and track procurement, approvals, and submissions.
- Identify delays, risks, variations; propose recovery plans and support EOT analysis.
- Update schedules for changes and manage all planning-related activities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 3–5 years of planning and scheduling experience.
- Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and construction sequencing with strong critical path knowledge.
- Skilled in preparing baseline programmes, progress reports, and look-ahead schedules using Excel and reporting tools.
- Experienced in delay analysis and Extension of Time (EOT) assessments.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with project teams.
- Experience in building, fit-out, and infrastructure projects.
