About the Role
Land Sterling Properties is a boutique real estate brokerage based in the heart of Dubai, known for delivering a bespoke, high-touch service within the luxury property market. As an Off-Plan Resale Real Estate Agent, the focus is on handling secondary transactions within the off-plan market — working with investors looking to exit or re-sell units prior to handover, as well as buyers seeking below-market or high-potential opportunities. This role sits at the intersection of off-plan and secondary, requiring strong market awareness, investor insight, and the ability to structure and close deals in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and buyers
- Source and manage off-plan resale listings across key developments
- Match buyers with off-plan resale opportunities based on investment goals
- Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, and exit strategies
- Negotiate offers and manage deals through to transfer or NOC stage
- Stay up to date with developer policies, fees, and transfer requirements
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and market outreach
- Ensure all transactions and documentation are fully compliant
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of real estate or sales experience (off-plan or secondary preferred)
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s off-plan and resale market dynamics
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Commercially minded with an understanding of investor behaviour and ROI
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
- Target-driven with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach
- UAE driver’s license
