About the Role
Land Sterling Properties is a boutique real estate brokerage based in the heart of Dubai, known for delivering a bespoke, high-touch service within the luxury property market. As a Luxury Real Estate Agent, the focus is on representing high-end properties across Dubai’s most prestigious communities, working with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and discerning clients. The role involves building strong relationships, offering a consultative approach, and delivering a seamless, premium experience from first interaction through to closing. This is a relationship-led, service-driven position with strong earning potential, high-value stock, and the support of an experienced, well-connected team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors
- List, market, and represent luxury properties across prime locations
- Deliver a tailored, consultative service aligned with client needs and expectations
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and high-end inventory
- Manage the full sales or leasing process from enquiry to completion
- Conduct high-quality property viewings and presentations
- Source new business opportunities through networking and referrals
- Ensure all transactions and documentation are fully compliant
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or high-end sales
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s luxury property market
- Polished communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build trust with high-value clients
- Target-driven with a professional, entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong negotiation and closing ability
- UAE driver’s license
