About the Role
Land Sterling Properties is a boutique real estate brokerage based in the heart of Dubai, known for delivering a bespoke, high-touch service within the luxury property market. As an Off-Plan Real Estate Agent, you’ll work closely with some of Dubai’s leading developers, advising both investors and end-users on new project opportunities. From initial consultation through to securing units, you’ll guide clients through the full off-plan sales journey while staying ahead of launches, payment plans, and market trends. This is a fast-paced, opportunity-driven role with strong earning potential, access to exclusive projects, and the support of a well-connected, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and end-users
  • Promote and sell off-plan projects from leading developers
  • Stay up to date with new launches, payment plans, and market trends
  • Advise clients on investment opportunities, ROI, and market insights
  • Manage the full sales process from lead through to reservation
  • Attend developer launches, events, and networking opportunities
  • Ensure all transactions and documentation are fully compliant

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or sales (off-plan preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Dubai’s off-plan market and key developers
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Target-driven with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to build trust quickly and manage investor relationships
  • UAE driver’s license
