About the Role
Land Sterling Properties is a boutique real estate brokerage based in the heart of Dubai, known for delivering a bespoke, high-touch service within the luxury property market. As a Secondary Real Estate Agent, you’ll focus on building meaningful, long-term client relationships while representing premium properties across Dubai’s most sought-after communities. You’ll stay ahead of market trends, pricing, and regulations, manage listings, negotiate deals, and guide clients seamlessly through the full sales or leasing process. This role offers the autonomy to build your own success, backed by the support of a close-knit, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Stay up to date with Dubai’s property market, pricing trends, and regulations
- List, market, and manage properties across key secondary market areas
- Negotiate offers and manage transactions through to completion
- Source new business and grow your personal network
- Ensure all transactions and documentation are compliant with regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or brokerage (real estate preferred)
- Strong understanding of the Dubai secondary property market
- Fluent English with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on results
- UAE driver’s license
