WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You will lead and scale our off-plan division, drive revenue growth, secure top developer allocations, and guide a high-performing team. You’ll be the key liaison with major developers, ensuring our company is always first in line for the latest launches and exclusive opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who is deeply connected in the market, thrives under pressure, and knows how to turn strategy into sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, train, and mentor the off-plan sales team to ensure consistent performance and growth.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and skills development workshops to elevate team capability.
- Build strong relationships with major UAE developers and maintain priority access to allocations and new project launches.
- Secure exclusive or preferred project allocations through strategic partnerships and negotiation.
- Implement effective sales strategies and launch plans to maximise project visibility and conversion.
- Coordinate with developers and internal marketing teams to execute high-impact project launches and campaigns.
- Provide continuous guidance, market updates, and strategic direction to agents to support closing.
- Monitor team KPIs, track performance, and deliver monthly reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Stay updated with market trends, competition movements, pricing changes, and new developments.
- Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and company policies across all offplan transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Minimum 3 years experience as Head of Off-Plan or similar off-plan leadership role.
- Strong network and trusted relationships with major UAE developers.
- Proven track record in leading off-plan teams and delivering high-volume sales.
- Exceptional leadership, training, and coaching skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- In-depth understanding of Dubai’s real estate market and off-plan project cycles.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet ambitious targets.
